| Internal messaging system |

I have just completed the internal messaging system for Settlers Net, which will allow users to send private messages to other members. This is primarily a tool for members to liase with me regarding problems they may be having with the site or suggestions they want put forward.
If members want to contact me, please use the internal messaging system as I can check that from work, whereas email I have to wait until I am at home before I can check it.
To access your inbox, click on the members tab up the top. When you are logged in, any new messages you have recieved will be indicated by the flashing envelope up the top. Clicking there will also take you to your inbox.
I am really desperate for someone to help with the actual Settlers content for SNET. If you can string a few words together about each or any of the games, differances from the last release, whatever, I'd love to hear from you. Drop me a line.

I'm pretty happy with how the mapcenter is looking at the moment. So far, users can upload their maps to the server and people can download them, vote on them and filter the maps that are viewed. It is coming along very nicely.
In the next few days, I hope to have the MapAdmin section up, where users who have submitted maps can view the stats for their maps, edit descriptions or even delete them if they want.
We really do need more maps, so if you make 'em, please do upload them.

It has been a very busy couple of days for me, between unpacking boxes and working on the map center, I have had very little sleep.
But the good news is that SNET Map Center is up and running. I admit, it is not complete yet or as pretty as it will be, but the core is there and it works.
Members may begin uploading their maps to the server and others may download them by clicking the Map Center tab above. Please observe the rules for uploading, they are important as the scripts I have written adhere to them closely.
At this time, SNET has limited bandwidth and storage space on the server. Please be mindful of what you are uploading. Just so you are aware, there are no maps on the server at this time as I haven't got any, so if someone would kindly submit a few to get the ball rolling, that would be great.

I have finally found some time to complete the members log in for Settlers Net. At this time it is not very elaborate, but when the sections become available, members will be able to upload/download maps, post comments on news items, access members only sections and whatever else that pops into my head at some point in the future.
To sign up, utilise the link in the headlines box up there, you will see [Signup]. Anyways, if you feel like jumping in early, go for it.
For now, I am tired and going to bed, but tommorrow I will be working on Map center, I want it done and up and running by late this week.
